The World Journal of Future Technologies in Computer Science and Engineering (WJFTCSE) is committed to promoting unrestricted access to scholarly knowledge through a fully Open Access publishing model. 1. Gold Open Access Publishing Model
WJFTCSE operates under the Gold Open Access publishing model. Under this model, every accepted article is published online with unrestricted public access immediately upon publication.
Readers throughout the world may freely:

No subscription, registration, institutional login, or payment is required to access journal content.
2. Immediate Public Availability
All accepted manuscripts are made publicly available immediately after publication. WJFTCSE does not impose any embargo period on published content.
Every article remains continuously accessible to readers worldwide from the date of publication through the journal website and other scholarly dissemination platforms where applicable.
3. Creative Commons Licensing

To support editorial administration, peer review management, production, online publication, website maintenance, metadata preparation, digital preservation, and long-term accessibility, WJFTCSE applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
The APC contributes toward:
- Editorial processing.
- Independent peer-review administration.
- Professional copyediting and production.
- Digital publishing infrastructure.
- Website hosting and maintenance.
- DOI registration (where applicable).
- Long-term digital preservation.
- Metadata management and scholarly dissemination.
The APC is communicated transparently through the journal website and does not influence editorial decisions, reviewer recommendations, or publication outcomes.
No manuscript is accepted or rejected on the basis of payment.
6. Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of scholarly merit, originality, technical quality, ethical compliance, relevance to the journal's scope, and reviewer recommendations.
The payment of an APC does not guarantee acceptance, expedited review, or publication.
The peer-review process remains completely independent of financial considerations.
7. Digital Archiving and Long-Term Preservation
WJFTCSE is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of published scholarly content.
Published articles may be preserved through:
