Authorial Responsibility

The World Journal of Future Technologies in Computer Science and Engineering (WJFTCSE) recognizes that the integrity, originality, accuracy, and reliability of every published manuscript rest solely with its respective author(s). By submitting a manuscript for publication, all authors collectively acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the scholarly content, scientific validity, ethical compliance, legal implications, and professional integrity of the work submitted to the journal.

The opinions, viewpoints, interpretations, analyses, methodologies, experimental results, technical findings, engineering solutions, software implementations, recommendations, conclusions, and future perspectives expressed in published articles are exclusively those of the respective author(s). They do not necessarily represent or reflect the official views, editorial policies, opinions, interpretations, recommendations, legal positions, or institutional perspectives of the Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, reviewers, publisher (Wissira Research Lab LLC), advisory members, affiliated institutions, sponsors, indexing agencies, or any collaborating organizations associated with WJFTCSE.

Author Responsibilities

Each author is solely responsible for ensuring that the submitted manuscript:

• Is entirely original, authentic, and prepared in accordance with internationally accepted scholarly publishing standards.
• Has not been fabricated, falsified, manipulated, or intentionally misrepresented in any form.
• Contains accurate research data, analyses, experimental findings, software code, algorithms, engineering models, figures, tables, graphs, images, and references.
• Properly acknowledges all published and unpublished sources through appropriate citations and references.
• Does not infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, licensing agreement, intellectual property right, confidentiality agreement, or proprietary information belonging to any individual or organization.
• Has obtained all required ethical approvals, institutional permissions, informed consent, governmental approvals, and regulatory clearances wherever applicable.
• Complies with applicable national and international laws governing research, technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, engineering practices, export regulations, privacy, and digital security.
• Does not contain defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful, offensive, or malicious content that could violate legal or ethical standards.

Author Accountability

Authors remain fully accountable for every aspect of their published work, including but not limited to:

• Errors, inaccuracies, omissions, inconsistencies, or typographical mistakes.
• Research misconduct, plagiarism, duplicate publication, redundant publication, data fabrication, data falsification, image manipulation, citation manipulation, or inappropriate authorship practices.
• Legal disputes arising from copyright infringement, intellectual property violations, breach of confidentiality, misuse of proprietary information, or contractual obligations.
• Technical failures, software vulnerabilities, engineering defects, cybersecurity weaknesses, algorithmic errors, artificial intelligence outputs, or implementation risks described in the publication.
• Commercial, financial, environmental, industrial, regulatory, or societal consequences arising from the interpretation or application of the published research.
• Compliance with ethical research standards and applicable legal frameworks within their respective jurisdictions.

Editorial Independence

The publication of an article in WJFTCSE signifies only that the manuscript has successfully completed the journal's editorial evaluation and peer-review process. Publication should not be interpreted as certification, endorsement, validation, guarantee, legal approval, regulatory authorization, or acceptance of every statement, hypothesis, dataset, software implementation, engineering design, algorithm, methodology, or conclusion presented by the authors.

The peer-review process is intended to evaluate scholarly quality and scientific merit. However, neither the journal nor its editorial representatives can guarantee that published research is completely free from errors, limitations, unforeseen technical issues, or subsequent scientific developments.

Post-Publication Responsibility

Authors remain responsible for their published work even after publication. If significant errors, ethical concerns, legal disputes, plagiarism, copyright violations, research misconduct, or inaccuracies are identified, authors are expected to cooperate fully with the Editorial Office during any investigation.

Where appropriate, WJFTCSE reserves the right to publish corrections, corrigenda, expressions of concern, editorial notices, updates, or formal retractions in accordance with internationally recognized publication ethics and best editorial practices.

Limitation of Journal Responsibility

The Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, reviewers, publisher, advisory members, editorial staff, affiliated institutions, and Wissira Research Lab LLC shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, legal, regulatory, technical, commercial, or reputational loss arising from the publication, interpretation, implementation, citation, distribution, or use of any article published in WJFTCSE.

Responsibility for the scientific accuracy, originality, legality, ethical compliance, technical validity, engineering feasibility, and intellectual content of every published manuscript remains exclusively with the respective author(s).

Authors acknowledge that they remain fully responsible for the integrity, authenticity, legality, ethical compliance, and scholarly quality of their work throughout its publication lifecycle.
